Ko wai mātou
Tāia Collective is a whānau-led platform, born from our passion for toi Māori and years of experience in design and print. Through a Te Ao Māori lens, we create taonga that carry story, connection, and creativity.
At the heart of Tāia are our five tamariki - Ryan, Maia, Ariā, Te Rauhuia, and Taiāwhio who inspire and walk alongside us in this creative journey. They remind us that every design is more than an object: it is whakapapa, it is mātauranga, it is the spark of imagination carried into the future.
This kaupapa is about whānau creating together, growing together, and shaping pathways for our tamariki in the creative world. The taonga we design today are not only for us, but for them, to show that their voices, ideas, and creativity are treasures of their own.
